Listing management
Coming soonFound on the map.
With the right hours.
More people find a local business through Maps than through its website. They see the hours, the photos, and the reviews, and they decide there. Wrong hours on a holiday sends a customer to somebody else, and most owners have never even claimed the Apple listing. This is the next thing we are building.
Tell him which service you want. It goes on your account.
The plan
What it will cover
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, and filled in properly: categories, services, hours, the description, and the photos that decide whether somebody taps through.
Apple Business Connect
The listing people see in Apple Maps and when they ask Siri. Most small businesses have never claimed theirs, so it shows whatever Apple guessed.
One set of facts, both maps
Text Curtis that you close early on Thursday and it changes in both places. You do not sign into two consoles to say the same thing twice.
Holiday hours before the holiday
The single most common reason a Maps listing is wrong. We ask you first and set them ahead of time.
Reviews you hear about
A new review comes to you by text with a reply drafted. You say yes or you change it, and it gets posted. Nothing is posted in your name unapproved.
A monthly note on what it did
How many people found you on each map, and what they tapped: calls, directions, or your website. In a text, not a dashboard.

What you can do today
Listing management is not open yet. Text Curtis and say you want it, and it goes on your account so you are told first. In the meantime he can get your website live today for $29/month a month, which is the page both maps will point at when the listings go up.
Questions
What people ask about listing management.
Which listings do you cover?
Google Business Profile, which is what Google Search and Google Maps show, and Apple Business Connect, which is what Apple Maps and Siri show. Those two are where the overwhelming majority of local traffic comes from.
What if I have never claimed my listing?
That is the usual case and it is the part with the most to gain. Both Google and Apple verify a business before they trust an edit, so we prepare everything and walk you through the one verification step only you can do.
Can you write my review replies?
We will draft them and text them to you. You approve or you change the wording, and then it posts. We are not going to answer your customers in your name without you seeing it.
When does it open?
No date, and we would rather not guess at one. Text Curtis to be on the list and you hear from us before it is announced anywhere else.
