Text Curtis
The fastest way to get anything done is to text Curtis, our assistant, at (650) 835-8028. He can change your site, set up email addresses, and pass anything he cannot do to the team.

Write to josh@vulken.ai with the phone number on your account and a sentence about what you need.
The Vulken app
- Getting it. The app is free on the App Store and on Google Play. Get the app.
- Signing in. Use the phone number you text Curtis from. Tap the link Curtis texts you, or ask for a six-digit code instead.
- Notifications for new email. Allow notifications when the app asks, or turn them on in your phone's Settings under Vulken. When your phone confirms a notification arrived, we do not also text you about that email.
- Not getting notifications? Open the Email tab, then Settings, and check "This phone". If notifications are off, you still get texts.
- A lost phone. Text Curtis or email us and we sign that phone out of your account.
- Deleting your account. In the app, on the Site tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Danger zone", then "Delete the account", or see our data deletion instructions.
