Privacy Policy

AIx Solutions Group, Inc., operating as Vulken ("Vulken," "we," "us"), provides website, email, and related services to small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By submitting a lead form, signing up for our services, or otherwise providing information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business name.
• Information you submit through forms on our site or on third-party advertising platforms (for example, Meta Lead Ads).
• Messages and content you send to us by text message, email, or other channels.
• Billing information you provide to our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves).
• If you use the Vulken app: a random identifier for your installation of the app, and the push notification token your phone gives the app, so we can send notifications to that phone and keep you signed in on it.
• If Vulken hosts your business email: the email you send and receive at those addresses, including attachments, so we can deliver it and show it to you and the people you choose.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed on our site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Send you transactional messages, including text messages, related to your account.
• Send you notifications about new email on the phones where you use the Vulken app, and confirm that a notification reached your phone so we do not also text you about the same email.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Improve our services and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
• Measure the performance of our advertising, including by sharing limited event data with advertising platforms.

Our text-message conversations are handled by an automated AI system (our assistant, Curtis). Your messages are processed by that system to understand your requests, build and update your site, and respond to you. A member of our team may also review conversations to provide support, step in when needed, and improve the service.

The Vulken app signs you in with your phone number and keeps you signed in until you sign out. When you allow notifications, your phone gives the app a push token, which we store with a random identifier for the installation. When a new email arrives, we send a notification with the sender and subject through Expo, Apple and Google's push services, and the app tells us when the notification reached your phone.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings; you then get text messages about new email instead. Signing out removes the phone's session and stops notifications to it. The app does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers.

You can delete your account from inside the app: open the site menu and choose Delete my account. See our data deletion page for what is deleted and when.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers we use to operate the business, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging, and analytics vendors, and push notification providers (Expo, Apple and Google) for notifications you allow.
• With advertising platforms, in limited form, to measure and optimize campaigns.
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as a sale or merger.

If you provide your phone number and consent — for example, by submitting our Meta Lead Ad form, which displays an SMS-consent disclaimer above the submit button and verifies your number with a one-time code — we may send you promotional and informational text messages about our website-building services, as well as transactional messages related to your account. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. See our data deletion instructions.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date.
