Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of the personal information Vulken holds about you at any time. Once we verify your request, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law.

If you have a Vulken account, sign in to the Vulken app or to your dashboard at vulken.ai. Open the site menu at the top of the screen and choose Delete my account, then confirm.

That is the whole request, and you do not need to do anything else. Billing stops the day you ask, and we delete your account, your sites, your hosted email and the personal information tied to them within 7 days.

You can also request deletion of your data in one of these ways:

1. Email josh@vulken.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address and phone number associated with your account so we can identify your records.
2. Reply STOP DELETE to any text message we have sent you, and we will treat it as a deletion request.

For these requests we first confirm the account is yours, then notify you once deletion is complete, typically within 30 days.

On a verified request, we delete the personal information we hold about you, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Lead form submissions tied to your contact information.
• Text message and email history with you.
• Any account record we hold for you.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer be associated with you.

If you connected to us through Facebook and want us to remove the data we received from Facebook, follow the same steps above. You can also revoke our app's access from your Facebook account settings under Settings > Apps and Websites.
